Welcome to LibroLoop. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using LibroLoop, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About LibroLoop

LibroLoop is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of wholesale books and media. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any goods listed on the platform. Transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Users must create an account to access certain features of LibroLoop.
• Sellers must complete an application process, which is not an endorsement or guarantee of credibility by LibroLoop.
• LibroLoop reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any user at its sole discretion.

3. Buying and Selling on LibroLoop

• Sellers are responsible for accurately describing and delivering goods as listed.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings and understanding seller-specific refund and return policies.
• Standard marketplace policy: Buyers are entitled to refunds for non-delivery or gross misrepresentation of goods.

4. Payment Processing & Security

• Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. LibroLoop does not store or manage payment details.
• LibroLoop is not responsible for financial loss due to disputes, fraud, chargebacks, or issues arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Each seller may set their own refund and return policy. Buyers should review this before purchasing.
• If a seller does not specify a policy, the default marketplace standard applies: Refunds are granted for non-delivery or gross misrepresentation of goods.
• LibroLoop does not issue refunds directly; all disputes must be resolved between buyers and sellers.

6. Dispute Resolution & Mediation

• In the event of a dispute, users agree to attempt good faith resolution with the other party.
• If unresolved, users may request LibroLoop’s mediation assistance, but LibroLoop’s decisions are non-binding.
• Users agree that any legal claims arising from the use of LibroLoop will be settled through mediation before any litigation.
• Mediation will take place in Colorado, USA, and users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against LibroLoop.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresentations.
• Use LibroLoop for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform’s functionality, security, or integrity.

8. Limitation of Liability

• LibroLoop is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions on the platform.
• LibroLoop does not verify the legitimacy of sellers or buyers and does not guarantee transaction outcomes.
• Users assume all risks associated with using the marketplace.

9. Account Termination

LibroLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, policy violations, or misuse of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

LibroLoop may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
